All of our residences come designed with a preset format of layouts & a combination of finishes which can be slightly personalised. The new owner can select from two different material combinations as well as from two layouts. This applies to kitchen, bathroom & living room proposed designs. However you can always choose to dive into a more customised approach by opting for one of our design collaboration packages.
